Fellows Program

Our accessible mentorships are paired with guided engagements to maximize the connection to provide ample opportunity for growth.

What is the Fellows Program?

The Fellows Program aims to provide accessible mentorship to students to deepen their knowledge in their fields of interest. Mentorship accelerates and enriches learning while creating opportunities for networking. Christ-centered mentorship guides students through life’s journey, fostering a clear understanding of meaningful vocations and preparing them for their careers with enthusiasm. The Fellows Program features a unique mentoring design, offering flexibility for both mentors and mentees to maximize engagement and reduce stress.

Mentorships are invaluable for career advancement and the transfer of knowledge. At Vermeer Studios, we are committed to bridging mentorship connections to further education growth & career advice in students and offer career & business advisory for community members. We anticipate a Fall 2024 soft launch of the Mentor Program with Student Mentees only, and we are confident in the ways lives will be impacted through our resourceful Alumni mentors.

It is our goal and desire to expand the Mentor Program to all members of Vermeer Studios, including students and community members, in 2025. This Program will create an environment filled with Faith-based Mentors and eager-minded individuals looking to become their best selves.

We hope to see positive and successful mentorships in this new program as we are confident in its ability to impact student’s career trajectory and overall education experience.

Fellows Program Benefits

Mentorships significantly enhances career readiness, with approximately 60% of college students who have mentors feeling more prepared for their careers, compared to only 28% of those without mentors (MentorcliQ). Both mentors and mentees can gain confidence and a sense of purpose from mentorship, fostering a community built on trust, respect, and unity.

A community of individuals committed to championing each another for continued success and growth is what the Fellows Program is designed to do. At Trinity, we have over 10,000 alumni who have paved a path for their careers, families, businesses, and so much more. In a world divided, we lean on the ones who came before us to demonstrate the countless possibilities and opportunities the world has yet to offer.

Participating in the Fellows Program can be the steppingstone for anyone to open doors that were once closed. We encourage everyone to find innovative ways to explore career avenues, and navigate personal growth opportunities to develop strengths to apply in your careers and beyond.

What Can I Expect From The Fellows Program?

The Fellows Program offers an excellent opportunity for alumni to give back by sharing their time and expertise with the next generation of learners. We believe that God has called us to Trinity fora purpose greater than ourselves. By supporting one another for the greater good of the Kingdom, we can collectively reach a broader audience and exemplify Christ’s love. Changing the world begins with a community committed to engagement, and joining the Fellows Program is meaningful first step!
